1. Agreement & Company Information

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aldenara store and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Aldenara is operated by Aldenara International Trade Co., Ltd.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) or Bangladeshi taka (BDT) depending on your selected market. Prices include a currency conversion buffer and may be updated without notice. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be fulfilled.

4. Fulfillment Model

Aldenara is a dropshipping store: we do not hold local inventory. After payment, your order is sourced from partner suppliers and dispatched to you. Estimated delivery is 12–25 business days and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide an accurate delivery name, address, city and contact number. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. Orders with undeliverable or incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned at your cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aldenara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Our total liability for any order does not exceed the amount paid for that order.
