1. What We Collect

To process and deliver orders we collect your name, email, phone number, city and delivery address, and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe; full card data is never received or stored by our servers.

• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Improve the store experience

3. Buyer Accounts (Phone-OTP)

You may create an account by signing in with your phone number. We send a one-time code by SMS to verify the number belongs to you; the code itself is stored only until it expires or is used (up to 10 minutes) and is then deleted.

Your account record stores your phone number (in international E.164 format), the market you signed in from, and login timestamps. When you sign in, any past guest orders placed with the same phone are linked to your account so you can review those products.

Phone-OTP authentication is rate-limited per phone (3 codes per 10 minutes, 10 per day) and per IP to prevent abuse and limit SMS cost. We do not share your phone number with marketing services.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for your cart, selected market/language, your signed-in user session, and the admin session. These cookies are httpOnly (not readable by JavaScript) and expire on their own. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

5. Sharing

We share order data only with payment (Stripe) and shipping partners needed to complete your order. OTP SMS messages are delivered via our SMS provider, which receives only your phone number and the code text. We never sell your personal data.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing sales@aldenara.shop. Signed-in users can also self-delete their account from the account page — this removes your account record, your reviews, and any stored OTP codes; orders are kept for legal and accounting reasons but no longer linked to a user id. We retain order records for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
