1. Delivery Time
Orders are sourced after payment and typically arrive within 12–25 business days. You will receive a tracking link after dispatch. Delays from customs clearance, holidays or carriers are outside our control.
2. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees in Kazakhstan or Bangladesh. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping.
3. Address & Delivery
Please ensure your address, city and phone number are correct at checkout. Failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur reshipping costs. If a package appears lost in transit, contact us within 45 days of dispatch and we will investigate with the carrier.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information is shared by email and can be requested any time at sales@aldenara.shop with your order ID.
