Refund & Return Policy

1. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched to the supplier (usually within 24 hours of payment). Contact sales@aldenara.shop with your order ID.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged or significantly not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order ID. We will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
Because orders are sourced on demand from international suppliers, free change-of-mind returns are not available. If an item is eligible for return, return shipping and any customs fees are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was faulty.
4. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days and appear on your original payment method according to your bank's processing time.
